This coveted recognition is based on hundreds of thousands of travelers' hotel reviews, and is only awarded to the top one percent of all hotels offered on Expedia.

According to a letter received from the Expedia team, hotels who receive the Insider's Select award are "identified as consistently delivering superior services, an exceptional guest experience and notable value."

Festiva's Main Street Inn & Spa received a score of 94.39 out of 100, and ranked 39th out of 850 overall. The property was third in the rankings among 24 properties chosen in South Carolina, and was the only property in Hilton Head Island to receive the award.
