As a Loyalty Program member you will have access to these exciting opportunities and may receive additional discounts based on your membership level.
Relaxing Retreats are designated weeks (7 nights) that have more FAC inventory available than members using them and you can book these without having to use points or pay any additional fees. These weeks, a $500 or more value, may be reserved up to 365 days in advance and may be given to family members or friends at no cost.

Loyalty Program members can request an accommodations upgrade at many of Festiva’s properties. The upgrade could be for the best available unit size, location or view at a particular resort based on your desires and availability. To request accommodations upgrades prior to check-in please contact Owner Services at 866-933-7848.
Some Loyalty Program members can make certain reservations before any other members, including their annual allotment reservations, accelerated points reservations and late break reservations. Certain Loyalty Program members can also take advantage of the following benefits where available:
Festiva has a team of Member Services representatives available through a dedicated VIP phone line for all Loyalty Program members. Online registration is required to access this phone line.
Points Conversion: Do you ever need to rent a car for the weekend? How about take a flight home for the holidays? Do you ever need to stay in a hotel for business or pleasure? As a Loyalty Program member, not only can we help you with your travel needs, we can also convert your points into currency to pay for these services. Points Conversion allows you access to rental cars, hotels, airlines through our partnership with Egencia (an Expedia, Inc. company). Not only are you able to convert your points to currency to pay for these services, but also our partnership with Egencia will save you up to 30% on most items found on Expedia. These savings are not available to the general public and are only available to you with your FAC Loyalty Program membership. Rules and restrictions apply. Less Go! Vacations: These last-minute vacations that can be booked for any unit size at any resort, during any time of year for only 1,000 points based upon availability. Hertz Gold Membership: Loyalty Program Members with Annual usage can enjoy even more savings as well as expedited rental car service and instant drop-off. Points Conversion for Attractions & Amenities: Loyalty Program members with Annual usage can use Points Conversion for attractions & amenities for up to 25%, 50%, or 75% of the total cost, depending on their annual allotment of points. Festiva Cruise Club Membership: Loyalty Program members with Annual usage will receive a 6, 8 or 10 year membership with the Cruise Club, and 25%, 50%, or 75% points discount based on their annual allotment of points.
